- Employees who are required to work alone are eligible for a monthly cell phone reimbursement payment
5. PENSION
- Full time staff are eligible and required to join our pension plan
- Part time, seasonal, or casual employees that reach the annual salary threshold are also eligible and required to join our pension plan
- Employee pension contributions are approximately 8% of gross salary and are fully matched by the Rural Municipality of Mountain
6. VACATION
- For full time employees, vacation time begins with two weeks (prorated dependent on start date) and increases at periodic intervals up to six weeks!
- Part time, seasonal, or casual employees are paid vacation pay at a rate of 4%
7. SICK LEAVE
- Full time employees accumulate 1.5 sick days per month. This can be used for personal illness or injury, or that of a family member.
- Compassionate leaves will be arranged as per Employment Standards
